Meet Sharday Harrell, Business Strategist!
Tell us how you got into entrepreneurship:
Well, my entrepreneurship journey did not come so easily, but I’ve always known I was a natural-born leader. And once I become successful in corporate America as a people’s manager, I had a newfound joy for cultivating and developing others and the passion became stronger after proven results in the workplace. I then saw an immense need outside the four walls of the office and started to support the community after launching my consulting firm in the fall of 2018.
What’s one of the greatest accomplishments you have achieved in your business and what was key to seeing this success?
Aside from my clients and mentees gaining a new job opportunity or promotion after a 1 on 1 career coaching; I think when I received a call from my high school's current principal to present at an all-girl youth summit I knew then my gift not only made an impact on professionals, but also the community as a whole.

Operating in a signature brand where I organize funding for single mothers through my nonprofit, leading a team of real estate and finance professionals, and coaching and speaking for corporate events.

Meet Tee Michelle, CEO of Glow Boutique!
Tell us how you got into entrepreneurship:
The spirit of entrepreneurship has always been a part of me even as a teenager. I remember writing a generic business plan in my 20’s to start a babysitting service. I initially, thought I would earn my degree in Business Administration and own my own salon. I became an educator and writing children's books was my first entrepreneurial experience. I enjoyed the feeling of someone buying something from me. So I began my journey to start Glow Boutique. I stepped out on faith and I am currently steadily learning as well as growing my brand. I find it more rewarding earning my manner from people supporting my businesses than my 9-5 job as an educator. I will continue to push forward because I love being a CEO CHICK! Why Sparkle? Just Glow.
What’s one of the greatest accomplishments you have achieved in your business and what was key to seeing this success?
One of my greatest accomplishments is just having enough faith to do it! Overcoming the negativity in my own head has been one of my biggest accomplishments. So, I recognize when there is doubt in my consciousness it is actually a signal to push forward and exercise my faith. If I think it. I can speak it to life.
Where do you see yourself in the next 3-5 years?
In the next 3-5 years, I see myself Winning. Growing my business and expanding the brand to meet the demands of the market.

I really enjoy the consistent reminders and opportunities to connect and grow. I am still learning and rewatching as well as taking advantage of podcasts, videos, and lives. The more I get this information in my spirit the more it will manifest in my life and business.
Who inspires you?
I look within for more inspiration and pray for Godly, divine connections to complete areas where I have no answers. I totally depend on God to send me what I need and I am receptive when He sends it!
What is your favorite book/podcast you recommend to our CEO Chicks?
My favorite book is the Bible but I have a goal to read more books this year that will feed my spirit and mind with fruit to become better spiritually and as a CEO Chick.
What advice would you give other aspiring entrepreneurs?
I have learned that "Hard work pays off." If you work hard for your business, set goals, connect with like-minded people, do the work that you need to do to take your business to the next level. Climb the staircase don't look at it, take a step every day. Make moves to learn and do better. It will pay off.
How has the CEO Chick network impacted your business?
I was entertaining the thought of giving up on my clothing boutique business. I didn't know where to go next with my business. One of my best friends Dr. Kym Lee suggested that I get connected with the CEO Chicks. The mindset of CEO Chicks, the hard work that I see, and the motivation that CEO chick has given me in this short period of time have given me the inspiration to push on with my business. I needed to be connected with like-minded businesswomen. It was just what I needed to spark my creativity and help me learn how to take my business to the next level.
