Coleen Otero is a best-selling author and founder of CEO Chicks®️, utilizing her 20+ years of experience in the beauty and branding industry to coach her clients to live their best lives. Coleen has been featured in major publications like The Huffington Post, MadameNoire, Black Enterprise, and Rolling Out Magazine, who named Coleen a “Sister with Superpowers” in 2019 for her branding expertise and products.
In 2008, after losing everything in the recession, Coleen completely rebuilt and rebranded herself, eventually ruling the scene as a sought-after celebrity hairstylist. Notably, in 2018, she landed the role of lead stylist of BET’s hit performance, “Black Girls Rock.” Personal styling soon transitioned into personal branding, as Coleen realized this was a gift other women could benefit from.
Coleen lives and breathes “all black everything,” from her women empowerment mindset to her sleek wardrobe to her coffee (Starbucks veranda roast, please) while changing her wigs to reflect her mood (Beyonce vibes one minute, Nia Long the next. You never know!). And when she isn’t dominating the branding scene or working with nationally known brands, you can find her grilling poolside (foodie alert!) for her hubby and four boys.
Jennifer Enders, also known as Coach Jenn is a wife, mother, and certified Life Coach with the John Maxwell Team.

Like Nike, Coach Jenn’s personal motto is “Just do it,” which mirrors her ambitious journey. Since 2016, Jenn has partnered with CEO Chicks®️, utilizing her corporate background to support members with strategic planning, technical systems, and sales. Alongside her role as Executive Coach, Jenn also serves as a Regional Director of the network, growing its reach in the Central United States and beyond.
Coach Jenn has no shame in admitting that Disney movie music lives in her head rent-free, and at the top of her bucket list is singing back up on a major world tour with none other than Pink.

For ten years and counting, Kristina Dhountal has made her mark in the financial industry, changing lives in the world of personal finance. Kristina holds Series 7 and 66 licenses and is a Certified Accredited Asset Management Specialist. She currently manages an Edward Jones multi-million-dollar asset financial investment firm.
Kristina was always destined for success. She was selected from a competitive group of thousands of candidates to be in the CitiGroup National Management Program. Kristina is a top financial industry speaker, speaking in an array of venues throughout the country, from churches to corporate boardrooms.
As a Contributing Coach for CEO Chicks®️, Kristina teaches members how to diversify their portfolio, find ways to save, establish business credit, experience debt freedom, and more! Elevation is the name of her game, which is why she stands by the motto “Get better, help someone else get better, and get better at helping others get better.”
The beach is her happy place (waves and sand = all the feels). There’s just something about laying in the water, with the sun overhead, watching God’s creations.

Schellie Fanfan, LMHC, MS, EdS is a Haitian American Emotional Intelligence Expert, fortunate to lead a team of experts that consult with corporations, individuals, businesses, ministries, and organizations to maximize performance and productivity through psychoeducation.
Ms. Fanfan is the proud mother of Etana (20 years of age) and Philippe (18 years of age). She has earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Central Florida in addition to two master’s degrees from Florida State University in mental health counseling and human services and systems. She commits herself to encourage and empower others to live in the capacity they possesses to influence desired outcomes on Earth.
If there’s a quick fix to reduce belly fat and grey hair, Schellie has researched it (haven’t we all Googled these things a time or ten?), but what she really finds joy in is eating spicy Caribbean dishes (foodie alert!), dancing to the latest Afrobeats hits, and hyping herself up to Tupac’s greatest hits.

Dr. Ketia Cayo is a dedicated Realtor with Coldwell Banker Realty, serving the Central Florida market. In addition to her real estate business, she is a Notary Public and a Loan Signing Agent, providing valuable support for clients' transactions.
With a passion for mentoring new agents, Dr. Cayo empowers and guides them as they enter the competitive real estate industry. Her mission is to help individuals build their legacies through homeownership and investing.
Dr. Cayo, of Haitian descent, speaks fluent Creole, allowing her to connect with diverse communities. She values family over everything which is evident through the love she has for her husband and two young boys. She also holds a Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University (FAMU).
Holly Rosario, LMHC, MA is a wife, mom, leader in her local church and a Board Certified Licensed Mental Health Counselor for over fifteen years. She has worked in the field of mental health in a variety of capacities while obtaining a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and then a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology from Bridgewater State University in Massachusetts. Upon obtaining her Master’s Degree she began providing individual, couples and family therapy in a Community Mental Health Clinic and was readily promoted into various executive and clinical leadership positions in the field. While serving as a Clinical Director and then Program Director of several programs, Holly also began a private practice, where she continued to develop her clinical skills and became a Certified Trauma Professional.
Holly recently relocated to Central Florida with her family and is now the Founder of Rosario Counseling Services, LLC. She is well versed in a variety of treatment approaches and specializes in Trauma Informed Treatment, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Christian Based Therapy. Holly takes a holistic approach to treatment while helping others walk through their healing journey and fulfilling their God given destiny and purposes.
When she is not dominating in the mental health field or serving in her local church, you can find Holly sitting by the water reading/journaling, taking a Zumba class or having fun outdoors with her husband and their children!
Taiche is a Family Nurse Practitioner and her career is nothing short of successful, with over 20 years of experience. She manages over 300 patients independently for her employer and teaches students clinical courses at various universities, but there was one problem. She wanted to do more for her patients and her community. Taiche has a passion for helping clients improve their wellness lifestyle and a desire for operating and owning a business with fitness and wellness in mind, so she decided to pursue launching her own practice.
Through her wellness clinic, she offers a variety of services that help her patients feel their best. She has a passion for making people look young and feel their best. Her goal is to help you achieve optimal physical effects whether it’s surgical or cosmetic. As a Nurse Practitioner & Wellness Clinic owner, she has mastered many wellness and aesthetic skills and she is excited to be a part of the CEO CHICKS Community.
Nikki Burnett affectionately known as Nikki B. The Brand is a Chicago native currently residing on the west coast. Mother, Serial Entrepreneur, Real Estate Investor & Basketball Mom. Nikki B. has over 18 years of experience in Real Estate Sales, Construction & Investments.
She is the CEO of Modern Luxury Real Estate, an investment firm specializing in vacation and short-term rentals found on Airbnb & VRBO. Nikki B. is a 6-Figure AirBNB Host that Coaches others on how to become profitable & successful in the short-term rental industry. She is the Brand Ambassador for CEO Chicks, an entrepreneurial community designed to teach female CEO’s how to dominate in their perspective fields. Nikki Burnett is the epitome of hard-working, strength, and resilience. Her sacrifice for her family shows how determined she is to help her son reach his ultimate goals all while pursuing her own. One of her favorite things to do is travel, attend her son's basketball games, and help others create income with short-term rentals.
